At handover, what is code and what is a client decision (payment keys, Firebase settings) is listed separately, so it is clear what is left before the shop can take orders.

Factory staff edit the site themselves with no database or CMS bill: the content lives in Cloudflare R2 and every save refreshes the pages.

Buyer quotation requests are stored encrypted, and the forms have several layers of spam protection.

A buyer's real question is whether the sink fits the cabinet, so the site is organised around measurement: filters never return an empty grid and every product has a dimension drawing.

All 1,148 pages are prerendered for speed, and every listing is indexable for SEO.

The first build read the database on every page, so one deploy used up the free daily quota. It now snapshots the content once before building, so a deploy costs a handful of reads instead of thousands.

A demo shop drives the API the way a real customer would and logs every request and response, so the integration can be watched rather than assumed.

The fragile parts, reading wallet receipts and building QR payloads, are covered by 160 automated checks so no payment slips through.

A large system of 71 pages and 43 API routes, used live in front of hundreds of delegates. With no chance to stop and fix things mid-event, development shortcuts are kept in one tracked place so they can be stripped in one pass before an event.

Built on the same base as TogaMart, with client-specific parts kept to content and settings so the two codebases never drift apart.

Card payment happens without leaving the page. Prices are checked on the server, never trusted from the browser, and an order is marked paid only by the payment provider's own callback, so a spoofed success link cannot confirm an order.

The client hosts on ordinary cPanel shared hosting, where much of modern Laravel cannot run. Every default was swapped for something that host supports, so the whole site works without an expensive server.

Store owners no longer leave Elementor to change the cart, checkout or search. Each piece is its own widget with its own settings, and checkout fields are edited from the admin.

It still renders a video with no AI key, GPU or internet, at lower quality and saying so. Nothing leaves the machine, and it reports cost and disk space before a run starts.

Admin, company, manager, assistant manager and employee each get their own dashboard, tasks and messages, and no role can reach another role's screens.

Mail is tagged as governmental, marketing, spam, administrative or other. It only tags: nothing is moved or deleted on the model's say-so.

The existing static site was converted to Next.js one-to-one, keeping the design intact, so the client can add new features.

A tool that needs an install will not get used by non-technical people, so it is a single HTML file and a small script, and the setup guide is one short text file.

Nobody signs up for one conversation, so there is no account, just a code. The retro look itself signals that the room is temporary.
